Data viewers and databases that VFB runs — archives of resources whose original hosts went offline, alongside instances hosted here because VFB serves the dataset.
VFB runs a number of sites and CATMAID instances in addition to the main knowledge base. They fall into two kinds.
Archives. Several are resources whose original hosts have gone offline, which VFB keeps available so that the data behind published work does not disappear — in some cases VFB is the only remaining public copy.
Active instances. Others are current, hosted here because VFB is where the dataset is being served from. The larva1099 eFIB-SEM volume is the most recent of these.
